Submissions open once a month with a brand-new prompt. This month our prompt is, “Is Modern Art A Sham?”

We accept entries up to 2000 words. Please include your name, along with any social media handles you’d like to share (optional).

This month, we are accepting a maximum of 100 submissions (the number will increase monthly) A few of our favorites will be selected for publication on the site. If your work isn’t chosen, please don’t be discouraged — your contribution is truly valued. Sometimes we can’t narrow it down, and when that happens, we may choose to publish everything.

You’ll know if submissions are open by checking the Submissions Page. If entries are being accepted, you’ll be able to upload your file directly. If we’ve hit our cap or the prompt period has ended, the page will clearly read: “CLOSED.”

We aim to respond to every submission we receive.
